Warehouse logistics:
Clearly defined order times / order bundling through e.g. cpexchange ; Pagero / GHX , thus fixed pick-up times for the transport service à reducing the number of trips to a minimum
Resource conservation in sales:
Many customer meetings via video conferences / Teams meetings
This results in a massive reduction in mileage
Careful consideration of whether a personal visit / business trip is necessary or whether a Teams meeting can be scheduled instead
Reduction to 2 annual field service meetings at the SIGNUS location, with regular coordination via Teams meetings in between
