start requestThe requirements for a pedicle screw system (PSS) for optimal patient treatment are very high – regardless of the particular indication. Both simple and complex treatments of the spine always require maximum security and stability.
DIPLOMAT® is a well‑conceived, modular and versatile fixation system that was designed in close collaboration with experienced and qualified spinal surgeons. This is also reflected in the tray design. With just one basic tray and a small MIS extension tray, the instruments meet the demands for an easy to handle system.
The cannulated and fenestrated pedicle screws combined with 5.5 mm titanium rods allow the DIPLOMAT® system to stabilize and comfortably correct all types of spinal diseases and deformities in a controlled manner.
In collaboration between surgeons, engineers and nursing staff, we work continuously to adapt the system to market requirements.

The implants consist of a titanium (Ti-6Al-4V according to ASTM F 136 / ISO 5832-3) and cobalt-chromium-molybdenum alloy (ASTM F 1537 / ISO 5832-12) nickel free according to ASTM F 136 / ISO 5832-3
For easy identification, the implants are coated with oxide layers of different colours. Changes in colour are due to production and preparation and have no influence on functionality.
The materials are established for use as implants. They are biocompatible, corrosion-resistant, non-toxic in the biological environment and allow for trouble-free imaging in X-rays.
